What do I need to sign up for a membership with RedSkull Fitness?
- Valid picture ID
- 2 forms of auto draft payment: Bank account EFT and Debit/Credit Card
- Must be at least 18 years old to sign membership contract

What is the age requirement to sign up for a membership?
- Minimum age to sign up is 14 years oldÂ
- If underage, you must have a Legal Guardian to sign the membership contractÂ
- A Legal Guardian that we require is court appointed, someone who is legally responsible for the safety and well being of the individual with documentation
Is there an Inscription Fee?
- Yes, all memberships require an inscription fee + the pro-rated month, depending on the membership you choose. Check out the memberships page to see our prices.
Is there an Annual Fee?
- Yes, all memberships are subjected to an $80 Annual Fee which help keep all equipment and facilities in top shape conditionÂ
How much does a Membership Add-on cost?
- For every member, a Membership Add-on costs an additional $25.00+tax.Â
How can I update my payment information or make a payment?
- In order to change or update payment information, you must stop by our office during business hours or update your account online @ www.myiclubonline.com
- You must bring a valid picture ID, and the new payment information including your debit/credit card, and account/routing numbers.

Can I transfer my current membership to another person?
Yes! All memberships are transferable for a $25+tax fee.
- Only contract owners can transfer memberships or contracts.
- The person who will be taking over payments will have to bring in their current bank account number, routing number, current picture ID, and debit/credit card to set up new payment profile.
How can I cancel my membership?
- For all account billing inquiries, contract information, cancellations, and payments please contact our billing department directly at ABC Solutions:Â 866-335-2304
- Cancellation due to Moving: You must move your residence 20 miles or more from the club facility and from any other affiliated club under the same ownership. You must provide sufficient proof that you are moving.
- Cancellation due to Medical Condition:Â Cancellation is allowed for a permanent or substantial disability. You must provide documentation from your physician stating you have a permanent or substantial disability.
- Buyout Option: You must send in a 30-day written notice to cancel your membership agreement. You are responsible for any payments during the 30-day period. A buyout fee of $150 is required.
- Open Contract You must send in a 30-day written notice to cancel your membership agreement. You are responsible for any payments during the 30-day period.
Can I freeze my membership?
- Freezes are allowed for medical (requires doctor’s note stating that member is unable to exercise), college/university (requires copy of class schedule), and military leave (requires military orders).
- Written notice of your request to freeze is required.
- Freeze will begin upon receipt of your written request, and the membership agreement will be frozen from pay bill date to bill date.
- 1 to 2 months, 1 time per calendar year.
- There is a one-time freeze fee of $10 due on the first bill date of freeze.
- The time and payments will be added to the end of the membership agreement.
- Â Upon completion of the freeze, the regular payments will be due without prior notification.Â
- If your membership agreement is on draft, the payments will be drafted automatically.
