Mayhem Fitness Guidelines: Face Mask Due to the regulations put in place by the governor of Texas, Face-mask coverings are now optional. We encourage all of our members to wear a Face-mask at all times while inside the facility, and respect the decision of others. 6 Feet Social Distancing Members are required to practice social distancing at all times, this includes not congregating/gathering inside the facility.
